class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">El C\u00f3digo Civil y Comercial de la Naci\u00f3n vigente desde 2015 propone como novedad, con relaci\u00f3n al r\u00e9gimen patrimonial del matrimonio, la posibilidad de que puedas optar entre dos reg\u00edmenes: el de comunidad de ganancias o el de separaci\u00f3n de bienes.\n<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fd62130 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fd62130\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-b9d8027 );\">Esta opci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo mediante convenciones matrimoniales, que son acuerdos que pueden realizarse exclusivamente en dos momentos:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><strong>antes de la celebraci\u00f3n del matrimonio:<\/strong> tienen como objeto realizar un inventario y aval\u00fao de los bienes de cada uno de los futuros c\u00f3nyuges, la enunciaci\u00f3n de las deudas, las donaciones que se hagan y la opci\u00f3n por el tipo de r\u00e9gimen patrimonial.<\/li><li><strong>durante la vigencia del matrimonio<\/strong>, siempre que hubiere transcurrido un a\u00f1o de aplicaci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen convencional o legal.
